We are interested in hearing from experienced recruiters or professionals with relevant industry experience (finance, banking or financial sales) to join us at the consultant level. More experienced hires may be taken on to develop teams, assisting us in growing the firm whilst offering them the opportunity to run their own business. Everyone at EH Partners will be encouraged to develop themselves professionally and to cultivate new business areas as appropriate. All consultants must have strong academic backgrounds and a solid professional track record.
At the research associate level we are interested in hearing from more junior candidates with a minimum of 2 years of relevant sales, industry (most likely finance) or recruitment experience. Researchers will follow a structured training program and will be encouraged to develop into consultants as and when they are ready. Again, we are looking for people with excellent academic backgrounds.
