Our process involves meeting with each client at the outset of every new project to fully understand their requirements, as well as how best to represent their organisation in the market. Making full use of our experience and network, we then map out the target firms and most relevant individuals within them, meeting those with the best profile and reputation. This pool of individuals is then narrowed down into the final shortlist which is presented to the client in detail and face-to-face within an agreed timeframe. We manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, until the successful candidate begins work within our client’s organisation.
Many of our clients choose to advertise in the financial press alongside conducting a traditional search. Again, we can manage this process from start to finish.
